I am looking for a travel, high school age, U18 team.

I would suggest this - look at the USSSA ranking and look for local teams. There are several out there. Maybe not as close to HS as you would like though. Another option would be to call capital city baseball - open their website in IE not firefox - telephone number is on the front page. They might know of some teams or openings.
