FBI investigating death threat on Jeter

Isn't it sad that our law enforcement agencies (that already have their plates full) must spend time chasing down some total moron like the one responsible for this threat. I do hope they nab him or her and really stick it to him or her. Aren't we really past all of this stupid thinking?
