Mac Williamson "BaseballBuzz" son hit a HR and Dbl in their opening day win yesterday. Jim Leggett "Southern01" son RHP got the win in a 10-0 run rule game in their opener. Congrats guys to getting off to a great start.

Thanks Coach. While Jim was happy to get the win, he knows the real tests will be against you guys, and teams like JH Rose who they play on Friday. The big 3 in your lineup will get anybody's attention.

Update for a reality check. As good as Jim threw Tuesday in his first game, his outing Friday went the other way. Just couldn't keep the ball down, and couldn't command the strike zone. Time to go to work. It should also be noted that Coach May's son is off to a stellar start with 3HRs in his first 3 games. That kid can mash it. Jeff has been known as a pull hitter, which I know concerned his dad, well two of the homers were to opposite fields. Way to pick it up Jeffrey!
