Besides USC and UCLA, does anyone know of good D1 or D2 schools that have decent baseball programs and offer film degrees? My son is interested in film making. Thanks

BYU has a great film program and pretty good baseball. Former major leaguer Vance Law is the coach. Of course BYU is a private religious school and isn't for everyone but if it fits you might want to check there.

My son recently graduated from Hofstra University in NY with a film production degree. They play in the Colonial Athletic League. http://www.hofstra.edu

You seem to be looking for a D1 or D2, but I believe Chapman University in Orange CA has a film department or school. They are a D3 program but their baseball is is top notch and could probably compete with the some of the better D2 programs.

Columbia, UC-Santa Barbara (I have a BA in Film Studies from there), Temple (esp. documentary), Ithaca..........
San Francisco State University (NOT USF!!) is D2 and has a good film school.
