Sounds like you have moved into the phase where getting the mail becomes more fun than its ever been!
Enjoy the moment of recognition and continue to work hard at both your grades and baseball. In a few years you'll be faced with making decisions about next level of baseball and you want to have as many choices as possible.

The Naval Academy is an amazing place, we played them in college and then took a tour of the campus after the game.

I got a letter in high school from the Air Force coach. The first line said..

Your athletic accomplishments are impressive.

The second line said

Upon your graduation from the Air Force Academy, you are asked to serve 5 years in the Armed Forces....."

I didn't have a 1500 on the SAT or any recommendations from any Senators, so it really wasn't the place for me.

Way to go, Cuban Lefty!!! That's awesome!!!
