I just saw this video on another website and thought it was one of the greatest short video clips I've seen in a long time. I think many of you will enjoy it, too.

This is of the day back in 1976 when Rick Monday, then a center fielder with the Chicago Cubs, took an American Flag away from two idiot protestors who were trying to light it on fire in a Cubs vs. Dodgers game. I always thought of him as a class act, but now I have a whole new reason to admire the character of Rick Monday.

Great story! We need more people to stand up for the flag and all it represents, and for what so many have given their lives for. Anyone that doesn't like it is free to leave. See ya!
