My son's team went last year. Pretty good competition, teams from many states. It was mostly families walking around. I never saw a radar gun, never saw any note-taking, so I don't believe there were many if any college folks there. The only real problem is that seating is not good there. Can't recall exactly, but only one or two of the fields (quad) had seating, so everyone else had to go out and buy lawnchairs (can also rent). Also hotter than blazes, so take a large umbrella or buy one of those canopy tents to sit under. It was fun - we also got to see some of the TDRays rookies working out on of of the other fields nearby...
