when you are filling out a college recruit questionair, is it better to use a formal email like (first inital and last name plus numbers or something to that effect like jdoe45) like you would when giving it out to a potential employer or is any sort of email adress accaptable in the case of recruiting

I think the more clearer and proper, the better.

Imagine if you are a coach and see an email from:
