My Son is a Senior this year, we are a 3A team and have made it to the State tournament his Fresh,Soph,and Jun. year. We have made it to the Semi'his fresh. year, his Soph. year we played in for the State Championship and got beat 5-3 against one of the top 5 Pitchers in the Nation, We play a very tough Scheduale every year to make us better, we play top 5 teams from 6AtoA Last year our record was 35-3 and out of the 38 teams we played 28 were ranked in some class. We beat the number one team in every class except 6A we was the best team in 3A by far Our Senior Pitcher was drafted by the Royals in the 8 round. His fast ball was around 93 to 95 and a wicked slider, His ERA was 1.95, Our other 3 Pitchers were Junior'sand my son was one of them, he is a lefty and throws around 85 to 87, his best Pitch was his change up arm speed was the same and it looked like a fast ball but it came in at 72, his ERA was 0.85, the other 2 pitch ERA was2.00 even. Team batting AVG345 and we got beat again in the State game. So we should have won 1 State title at least may be 2. Our record the past 3 years is 95-10. WE have a great shot at State again. But my question is my son had offers from 18 Jucos and 4 D1 School, 14 of the 18 Juco's are Nationaly ranke and 2 D1 were. He had his mind up that he wasn't going D1 OUT of High School and sit for 2 years, he wanted to play everyday so he was going to Cowely Community Junior College, Seminol,Oklahoma or #1 RANKED Conners in Oklahoma. Last month he went on his first visit and it was Fort Scott,Kansas Juco and all the way there he was saying there was know way he was going their. We got in the car to leave and it was a 180, he loved it. They gave hime a 80% Scholarship. What all do you know about Fort Scott, I really likeed it also. They have to maintain a 3.69 GPA their Baseball team have won the Acadimic Championship 3 years in a row Sorry I rambled
