Ok hitter hits chopper up the first base line. One bounce that is spinning foul, First bounce is clearly Fair about half way up the baseline, Pitcher chases it and after it hits the ground it clearly goes into foul territory(but is still in the air.), Pitcher stops before foul line and reaches over the line and grabs the ball that hasn't touched the ground in foul territory and throws out the running at first. Was this a foul ball as the ball didn't get past first in fair territory, But was touched in foul territory (abit in the air).
