Please check earlier post on Dec 12 in reference to this school...
The coaching staff is top-notch. Can't go wrong there.
Son will be there this spring, so obviously we liked the staff and school. Baseball field is nice, although seating is just OK, nothing special. But, that wasn't ever a factor. Coach Inabinet and Coach Wilson seem like good people. Coach's have open door where if there is a problem, you can come to them. Somewhat run a tight ship, Zero tolerance on under 21 players drinking. No facial hair at all. No hair on the collar. That type stuff.
Florence isn't exactly a booming city and not a whole lot to do. My son likes to fish in his free time, although not really sure how much of that he'll have.
They play in one of the best D2 conferences in the country (Peachbelt). School is pre-season rankled D2 schools at #6. Seem to be always competitive.
Ask again in two months.

I agree with canes . The coaches seemed very nice and I believe they were tough academically.
The only negative I heard was that they were a little out of the way. Coach told me some players had a hard time adjusting to the quiet setting.
