I'm a mental skills coach in Texas whose mission is to over-deliver value on the goods and services I provide.

I love to help hard working athletes achieve their dreams. Of course, that's not easy...

I'm pretty sure that my FREE e-newsletter "Mental Skills Tips" succeeds in over-delivering value. You can see a sample here and sign up in about 15 seconds here.

Also, I've noticed a need for an athlete's daily log book. In fact, a great mental skills training tool is a blank notebook... if the athlete will write in it after each practice or game a couple things that worked that he doesn't want to forget to do next time, and a couple things that didn't that he wants to fix. What would be better than a blank notebook, though, is a log book that asks the right questions every day, builds progressively on itself, and includes pointers about what to look for. Add in a few mental skills exercises and you have:

Coach Traub's Mental Skills Training Workbook and Daily Log (released February, 2011).

You can preview it here.

Best wishes for making today your masterpiece.
