THE game today must be the battle for the top of District 10-5A, with upstart Carrollton Creekview (6-1 in 10-5A) vs. Newman Smith (7-0). Creekview has "quietly" amassed an overall 17-3 record, and their only blemish in district play was a loss at Newman Smith earlier in the year.
Pitching matchup expected is Lowery (C) vs. Claiborne (NS)... should be a beauty!

Already alot of trash talk between the players. Some of these guys have played together and against each other since they started playing baseball. Bragging rights are on the line, So a big game this year for some of them.
