One thing I notice that's different than most is the action of the glove side arm (gsa). The gsa elbow stays bent throughout the motion. The glove never extends over the stride leg. Some experts would say that at front foot contact, the elbows should be aligned at 180 deg and the elbow-forearm angles should be the same on each arm. In his case, they're not. The theory is that this misalignment causes excessive stress and affects the release point, i.e. control. Most pitchers I see, extend the glove hand over the stride leg as the throwing hand extends back. The glove then settles in towards the body as the ball is released.
