ANNOUNCED NOVEMBER 1st 2010:
RBAWEST IS PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE WILL START OUR OWN FULLY FUNDED ELITE SHOWCASE TEAM FOR THIS SUMMER (2011). WE WILL BE SELECTING VIRGINIA'S TOP 18 PLAYERS (2012 AND UNDER). PLAYING IN 6 TOURNAMENTS INCLUDING WWBA EAST COBB IN ATLANTA GA. AND 5 OTHER TOP COLLEGE SHOWCASE TOURNAMENTS.
All players fees will be paid by RBAWEST- Tournaments, Coaches Fee, and Hotels. We will have 1-2 practices per week, along with our 2 facilities for our players to train. Recently, we have had over 20+ college scouts come to our practices alone! Donnie Phillips, with over 25 plus years of coaching in the Virginia Area, will be the head coach.

This past fall we had a American and National Showcase team coached by Donnie Phillips and Andrew Slater. We had a very successful Fall program while having 6 players already verbally committing to D1 schools and many more to come over the Spring! Both teams played in elite showcase tournaments 6 out of 7 weekends while taking one weekend off for players to make recruiting visits. We had pitchers practice every Tuesday night where we filmed and worked on mechanics. Every Wednesday night our American and National team would scrimmage at a local high school. We had 14 college coaches attend one of our practices/scrimmage workouts in September including former #1 ranked UVA!
This upcoming summer we will have 1 Elite Fully Funded Showcase team coached by Donnie Phillips and also a second Showcase team coached by Andrew Slater.

RBAWEST Elite Team- Donnie Phillips
1. Will have 18 of Virginia's top prospects
2. Tournaments (East Cobb and 5 others), Hotels, Coaches
Fees, Practices, Uniforms, Hats-All paid for by RBAWEST
3. 1-2 practices/scrimmages per week, other workouts indoors
4. Recruiting- our staff of 20+ coaches will help you with your
choices of colleges, make phone calls, emails and contact
coaches for you!
5. Videos- personal videos will be uploaded and paid for by RBAWEST, on our site for
college coaches to see.
RBAWEST AMERICAN TEAM- Andrew Slater
1. Will have 18 of Virginia's top prospects
2. 6 Tournaments, Hotels, Coaches
Fees, Practices, Uniforms, Hats-Fees paid by players
3. 1-2 practices/scrimmages per week, other workouts indoors
