What is the best fungo on the market. I understand you get what you pay for and I am willing to pay more for a good one.

I dont know if it is "the best on the market" but I am very fond of my "Hoosier" Fungo Bat. Ive been using it since 2001. Still has great pop, holds up to the test of time.
The SSK 37"fungo or the 34" model.
My son sells 2,000 bats to the MLB teams each year.

I really like the SSK fungos, in particular the 34" 'infield' fungo.
I agree. SSK all the way.
I used to go through fungos like crazy. They would chip, break, warp, etc. Got an SSK 4 years ago and it is still going strong.

SSK's are really good, but I also really like the "Old Hickory" fungos. They last quite a while.
I have the SSK 33". Will never ever buy anything else.

I just ordered one from Phoenix Bats.I will report on how it works out.
I'll put my Turbostik laminated bamboo fungo bat up against any other. It's virtually indestructible and lighter than any other I've ever used. At my advanced age and with my creaky bones, that's a big plus.
