OK...OK...FM is good but what happened to the high powered offense? I guess good pitching shuts down average hitting Big Grin

UPNIN...I thought your son graduated? Make sure you come to Coppell next Friday.

Anybody in HS ever get drafted for good defense before?

In reference to the "I guess good pitching shuts down average hitting Big Grin" That is typically the case....then it comes down to timely hitting and solid defense.
NRP mom your son was one of the KEY defensive factors in the game for FMHS and credit is also do to him. Turning a hard hit into what should have maybe been a single, at best, into a DP was testament to his SKILLS......He not only dominated on the field but his bat hurt us as well.

Nice piece on him in the DMN today. Congrats on the win and we will see you on the 13th and hopefully it will be another good/close game and just maybe we will end up with the W this time around. Smile

I think En Fuego hit the nail on the head, our hits were timely and we had some hit saving plays. But credit needs to be given to Mr Pressley, he pitched a great game with I beieve 11K's. Congrats to him and the Marcus team, it's never a boring game!

Why Thank You Ma,am!!!
