Garrett Broshuis Retires

Former Giant Farmhand Garret Broshuis, author of the Suitcase Chronicles on Baseball America, has announced his retirement from baseball. See link to BA article below.

I enjoyed watching him pitch for the single A San Jose Giants a few years ago, and have enjoyed his writing even more. As his baseball career is ending, I am hoping he continues to entertain us with his great writing on baseball or otherwise.

Fellow Mizzou Tiger! I enjoyed him in college and sort of followed his minor league career, but it got hard to do with all the other players we seem to be putting into pro ball. He must have gone to J-School, he is a good writer.
