Former Fort Worth Paschal Panther, TCU Horned Frog and Weatherford College Coyote German Duran has been called up by the Rangers this afternoon and will be starting at third base tonight against Toronto.

How's that for hometown guy makes good!

My older son was fortunate to play with German for a fews years.

I remember watching him play a double header and then go take ground balls for 2 hours after the game in 100 degree heat. That's why he is where he is today!!
