How do you get across the little things that make you team that much better than your opponents?

As an example, I picked this up a few years ago as a way to get players to let go of errors so they don't compound. This is done by a Captain as all others watch. Have a player field and throw at a target, pick something they won't hitb but not impossible(I have a fishing net in a bucket) . Then after missing, roll 2 balls at the same time at them. This represents the current ball hit, and the last one if they don't let go of the error. Then roll three. By then it is tough just to catch three balls , and they have to throw all three at the same time(balls fly everywhere).

Got any of 5these type of demonstrations?

You could do this also with your pitchers-

After throwing a ball in the dirt or the ump blowing an apparent strike (maybe intersquad), have them throw 2 balls at the same time to the plate.

Brian Cain says if you have a bad at bat and take it in the field, it's like carrying a brick the whole time. So he will actually walk out to his players and hand them the brick to put in the pocket. Have them try to play the field with a 5 lb brick.
