Kim @ Mesquite Sports does a fantastic job. Just had a catcher's mitt totally relaced and oiled for $25. His turnaround is quick too.

I have taught myself to relace my sons' gloves and have relaced catcher's mitts, infielder's gloves and outfielder's gloves. All top end stuff; Wilson A2K, Rawlings Pro Preferred, etc. I only use top quality lacing.

Just had my sons catchers mitt relaced by a guy named Alex (I dont remember the last name) from the mid cities area. He did an excellent job. Here is a link to his add on craiglist.
