Lees and Boyle locked up in a pretty good duel for 7 innings. Biddix had a monster night that started when he took Boyle deep leading off the game, but from there Godwin got only 1 more run through 6. I think Biddix either scored that or drove it in as well, as he had 4 hits on the night. DR had a 3-run inning that I think was aided by some fielding problems. Boyle started showing signs of tiring in the 6th and Godwin managed to tie in the 7th.
Boyle came out for the 8th and left with 1 in and a man on 3d who would later score. DR had an astounding 2-out comeback fueled by a man reaching on a 3d strike that got by, and a 2-out double to the RCF gap. Godwin broke it open in the 9th to finally win it. Garrett entered to start the 8th and had it closed out but for the missed 3d strike, but he shut it down in the 9th to get the W.
