I came across a very good book today titled "The Five-Tool Player.

I am tempted to get it for my son even though he is now a senior in college. Very good stuff in this book!

I am going to shamelessly plug our radio program this Sunday but I am going to specifically ask Coach May about Aaron Rodgers of the Green Bay Packers. Aaron waited his turn and bit his tounge for four years while prima-donna Brett Favre cared about one guy. When Aaron finally got his chance, well, everyone can see what has happened. Aaron was a JUCO guy out of high school and nobody gave him much of a chance except one guy - Aaron Rodgers. None of this is about age. It is about desire and the willingness to develop your talent.
