Look at who FC and Salem played. Both teams were at the top of the top 10 list throughout the entire season.

The Beach isn't that good, face it. If this is the top 10 in the Pilot you're referring to, what does that really mean? Nothing. Between the Eastern (has 2 decent teams), Southeastern, Beach and some private schools, there's what, 40 schools in the Pilot's area for top 10 purposes? So be being in the top 10, that means you're in the top 25 percent?

Look at the records Beach district vs Southeastern district this season and I think you will find that the beach beat the southeastern 2 TO 1. Put Upton or Pond on any any of the top 7 teams at the beach and they would walk through the region and probably the State. what do you think the outcome of the games yesterday would be if you put Upton on Salem or Pond on FC?

Doc... Upton on Salem and Pond on FC? Come on now how much sense does that make. The fact of the matter is that 1.Pond and Upton both go southeastern district schools and 2.The beach may be top to bottom, but 1-4 the Southeastern district is without a doubt better, hands down.

Western Branch come unglued on the game against FC. More errors than I have ever seen a team commit. FC made some errors but their coach made the biggest my not pitching Mueller! Much respect to FC for coming back after being down 10 runs! Better team I am not sure---but they never gave up!

guess the s/e teams were prepared better than the beach teams
