I think former MLB pitcher Chris Haney is in Barboursville, not sure anyone gets closer to Winchester than that. Old School Baseball Academy I think is the name of his place.

not aware of any instructors in Winchester. I would suggest R&D baseball academy in Tysons. Rob and Dan are two of the best around but don't just do the hour tune up. Being an effective pitcher requires proper mechanics, strength and conditioning, and mental approach. Lots of D1 and even pro guys use them.
