It's Christmas and Gotwood4sale hasn't mentioned my world famous chili! Please know that both of you are in our thoughts daily!

My instinct is that Michael and Annette have been recruited to be Santa's helpers.

Gotwood has the Christmas tree connections and he has a wonderfully inventive mind for the R&D department at the North Pole. I happen to know that Annette has the inside track on some of the best candy on the face of the earth for all those stockings hung with care. Mrs. Clause needs some help, too!

As much as we all miss them, perhaps we should be willing to sacrifice for the greater good?

In any event - sending them warm thoughts and good wishes and hope for a bright and happy New Year.

Yes, Merry Christmas to GW4S and Play Baseball, and to all you wonderful members. It would be nice if all could share some stories about these two, maybe bring a smile to their faces.. it can get very melancholy this time of year. I'll start. My favorite GotWood memory is his pic of three cavemen.. he said I was one. From our family (HSBBW) to yours, M & A.

I miss Mr and Mrs Wood too.

They seem like really nice people - with great senses of humor.

I wish them a very Merry Christmas - and hope they return soon.

I've shared numerous PM with PB and GW4S. I would love to meet up with them someday. They seem like a wonderful couple, the type of people I'd like to be. I wish them (and everyone here on HSBBW) the very best this holiday season and a prosperous 2008.

Hopefully the economy will turn around soon, construction resumes, and Woody can go back to the business he loves. He needs to stop scouring the web for work and resume his quest for the most appropriate malaprop.

I really enjoyed interviewing Michael for the radio show, and having Annette in the background patiently chastising him! We could all have easily been on the front porch with lemonade and a porchswing......

I haven't read the entire Mitchell Report. Was Gotwood's name in there? Maybe that's why he's lying low.

I mean, think about it, no one could come with those pictures he does for every topic on such short notice without a little chemical enhancement!
