Great Second Chance Story

There's no problem with eligibility. D2 and D3 schools don't use the 5 year calendar limitation that D1 schools use. Instead, a player gets 10 full time semesters (and 4 seasons of competition).

If the player goes straight through school, 10 full time semesters is 5 years. But if he goes part time or not at all, he can be eligible while on Social Security, assuming he makes the team.
