I asking this of all you men in blue especially those in my geographical region----it has been over a year since my last appearance on the field or in our teams dugout.I will be returning this summer to our teams dugout but I will be walking with a cane---so much for the the therapists and doctors who me that I would never walk again----as manager of my team am I permitted to leave the dugout and go on the field, with the cane and debate a call?

Sorry you have been sick/hurt, not sure, but glad to see you back on the field. As PIAA pointed out none of the codes address it directly except NFHS. I certainly wouldn't have a problem with it. As a matter of fact we have a guy in our men's league that his father coached him through all of his youth ball and he has always carried a cane. Never even considered not allowing him on the field.
