So many on the HSBBW offered their prayers and every special thought in support of Gunnar when his life teetered in the balance just one short year ago.
This is such a compelling situation.
Gunnar's team just won the NCS Division IV championship in Northern CA. In the Championship game, Gunnar batted cleanup as the DH, while driving in 2 runs.
Miracles happen.

A very nice punctuation point to what was a tragic event. I think we all prayed for this kid to recover and for him to be able to play again.

I bet he is one very happy boy! Can you imagine how gratifying this must be for the family??
