Has anyone used the arm strong pro device. I have been using it for about 4 or so weeks and my arm feels great. I really think it will make a diffrence for me next year. And even if it does not It is a great way to work out you arm when you cant go out to have a catch.

Here is a link to the website for it

www.armstrongpro.com

BTW there are 2 diffrent types the the pro like I have or the basic that sells for less.

This is probably a decent conditioning tool (which is good), but don't expect it to boost your velocity.

Great point.

To minimize the risk of injury, you have to work both sides of every relevant muscle group. That means both the front and the back of the shoulder. It's also why just doing push-ups may not be good for you and might even be bad.

Otherwise, it's the equivalent of dropping a bigger engine in a car but not increasing the size of the brakes.

Any car guy will tell you that's a bad thing to do.

I would Google "Throwers Ten". That's a good, balanced program.
