my son plays baseball and already has a couple of offers but it is a totally free recruiting service his uncle sent us. we went ahead and signed up. the only reason i am passing this on is because i know most of these are rip offs and charge a lot of money. this is free and run by former mlb players. http://www.nationsnext.com

i was wondering about that myself but i called them just to make sure i was not about to be sold something. the guy i spoke with is a former all acc 3rd basemen from duke and cleveland indian prospect. really nice guy. he told me it is 100% free and that the prices would be off by the end of the week. he did say they were making some changes like adding personal forums for family and friends to respond and keep up with the athlete. he also said they were adding something where the student can directly send his or her profile to coaches themselves with video. really nice group of guys all have pro experience.
