Head Coach Openings in Virginia?

James Monroe Fredericksburg is looking now

Episcopal High School in Alexandria.  Varsity HC position is open.  Private school in the IAC that has phenomenal facilities, both indoor and outdoor.  New state of the art field, being put in now, for Spring 2015.  Indoor baseball facilities in monstrous field house with year around access.  Episcopal has been fielding baseball teams since 1869.  They have all the team pictures from those early years too.  Very interesting. 

Inquire with AD at school. 

I think Grassfield in Chesapeake is still open but had interim coach.  This one is a pretty good spot with a lot of upside potential.

Grassfield has already had interviews for their head coaching vacancy.

Was there a selection?  If there was I didn't see it.  This is a good spot and has a chance to be a top tier program so whoever gets it should be able to have pretty good success early. 

They haven't released anything yet.

I cannot confirm whether the status of the position(s) but I heard Woodson HS will be having a completely new varsity coaching staff next year.

Heard Forest Park and Hylton are both looking for coaches. Confirmed Forest Park but haven't confirmed on the Hylton opening. If correct Hylton has a very strong program, which has seen plenty of success over the past few years.

Gary Spedden heard is a good guy.

Lebo MAY keep his job but Spedden likes to call pitches so I'm not sure that will work out.

I just heard Tallwood hired Joe Agreste, formerly of Atlantic Shores.  Nice hire if it's true.

Mount Vernon has a varsity head coach opening.

Jason Ritenour, former Woodbridge coach, has taken CD Hylton head coaching position.

Coach Ritenour is a great hire for Hylton, I wish both of them best of luck.
