That's true ice is very dangerous Friend I would like to share some information or rather health alert recently,I read that an article about E-cigarette they contain carcinogens and toxic chemicals.Many of the other e-cigarette brands also contained diethylene glycol, which is a poisonous ingredient found in antifreeze.Nicotine patch also has side effect like itching,wearied dreams etc.Then what to do quitting smoking.

Ya I totally agree with you ice is too bad it also cause you with sore throat problem, cold or you might hurt your teeth, it can be cause anemia, so its better not to take it!!
