Attention Pitching Coaches, Academy Owners, Serious Pitchers and their parents:

Do you currently have a serious health and nutrition PLAN for yourself and/or your athletes? As many of you probably know, pitching arm injuries and overall pitchers health is as bad now as it has ever been despite all the great new mechanical breakthroughs and smarter workout routines. Coaches are constantly searching for ways to keep arms strong throughout the long season ahead. With the season approaching and as we start to long-toss, strength train and throw bullpens; it is so very critical that we prepare IN ALL aspects of athletic development including health, recovery and WHOLE FOOD nutrition (not vitamins, creatine, protein shakes and other unproven or perhaps even harmful man made chemicals).

Over the years, and now as a veteran pitching coach, I am constantly asked…”What should pitchers take to get stronger or help throw harder without harming themselves?” Because of this ongoing question and very limited, legitimate sources, I have been researching this field for years and have continued to come up with generally the same bottom line…athletes must eat better WHOLE FOODS to get stronger or at least maintain health. The problem however, is most athletes (especially pitchers) cannot or will not do this. And, very few high school, college and even pro coaches rarely talk about it. Well, finally we have seen a huge breakthrough to combat this problem. The results of this program have truly been amazing with some very unique success stories (seewww.ExtremePitching.com) not only with many athletes but with a strong financial benefit to the academies involved.

With the help of many of the nation’s top pitching coaches including Ron Wolforth (www.PitchingCentral.com); Paul Reddick (www.PaulReddickBaseball.com); Joe Fletcher (www.ExtremePitching.com); and many others, we are forming a strong team of dedicated coaches. From all around the nation we are making a commitment to educating the baseball community on the overlooked importance of FUELING the body and arm the very best way for the demand we put on our pitchers or ourselves. We have produced a very educational and eye-opening webinar called “The Missing Link” for pitchers development and longevity.
