Heard of the "Fast Arm" Trainer?

I was browsing an online sports store and saw this item called the "Fast Arm Trainer". Never heard of it before. Supposedly the Astros are using it throughout their minor league system. Anyone heard of/used this thing?

Yeah. It looks like something the Fiji Islanders would have used for cracking coconuts. I don't get it, and just reading their "promo info" isn't enough to convince me to plop down the cash. I need TESTIMONIALS from reliable sources!
