Hi All: I’m a baseball dad looking for a great hitting and/or pitching instructor to work with my 12 year old son in the Boston, MA area. He’s a very good/competitive ball player and he’s very interested in improving and reaching the next level. He’s worked with a hitting instructor in the past (with mixed results), but has never worked with a pitching coach. Thank you for all your recommendations.

The Show Baseball Academy. Steve Lomasney, Chad Epperson, and Pitching coach Jeff Alison did right by my son. Great facility in Lawrence.
Any particular region of the Boston area? Central Mass? South Shore? North Shore?

Hi: Sorry for the delay -- I never received any notification about your post.
I'm looking in the Boston area. I'm willing to travel about 45 minutes or so from Boston.
Ideally I'm looking for someone who played at a high level or instructed at a high-level and thus knows the type of (rotational) hitting that will progress well from little league to high school to college.
Thanks again for any recommendations!
Hi Lowell,
I just sent you a Direct Message.

Hi Everyone: I’m having a really tough time finding a great hitting instructor in the Boston, MA area (willing to travel a bit) for my son. The instructors people have recommended through this thread are either booked or no longer giving lessons. If anyone has any recommendations, I would LOVE to hear them!
Thank you!!!
Bobby Tewksbary at AB Athletics in Nashua, NH (about 40 minutes from Boston). Ryan Leahy, Angels Northeast Regional Scout - gives lesson at Rt 1 Sportsplex in Danvers.
Thanks NYDad and LHPMom! I really appreciate the suggestions and will follow up.
