Unless you're looking for a tax write-off, I would strongly recommend you look at your off-season cash-flows.

Hint: Most people don't really understand their facility/equipment maintenance and true staffing costs.

Another hint: Most people don't really know that the batting cage off-season is a little different than the true baseball off-season.

Last hint: Most people WAY overestimate their average receipts.

Not that you're most people. I'm just baffled that anyone wants to be in this business. (But grateful for those who are!!!!)
