Help on Covered Batting Cage

We are looking to build a covered batting cage at our field. Would like for it to have 2 70 ft cages (concrete floor) and one70 foot dirt section for mound. Approx. 42 ft wide and 70 long.

Has anyone built anything like this at their field and if so do you have an approx. price. We were given a bid of about 37K for a steel building. Have seen several built w wood that appear very nice.

If anyone has blueprints/rough guidelines/etc/ or cost estimates I'd greatly appreciate seeing them. We have a local supporter who may fund this for us but needs to know an approximate price.
