How do I get a signature line to appear in my post? I have updated my profile with a quote in the signature box, but it has not appeared in a post yet. Need help!

Never mind ~ guess I had to make a NEW post ~ with my avatar it immediately updated all past posts with the picture and I figured the same with the quote.
