Is anyone familiar with Hendrix College in Conway, Ark? They have contacted my son and I know nothing of their baseball program. My understanding is the academics are top notch.

You are correct in your understanding that there are top notch academics at Hendrix. Especially strong in the sciences, quite a few graduates go to med school each year. The baseball program is led by a second year head coach who really inherited a mess. He has done a fine job of righting the ship and I would expect bigger and better things from the program in the future.
Hendrix plays in one of the toughest DIII conferences (Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference) in the country, not only with baseball but for all sports. If you have any other questions feel free to contact me.
