Here's why this game will go on forever

When I saw the title of this post, I thought it was about the 46-degree/20 mph wind, 3:45 marathon I had earlier this year. I think in the ninth I was enumerating the reasons why this game would go on forever.

Lol Matt. Great post jp. I was on facebook or as I sometimes call it disgracebook the other night at it was picture after picture of moms and dads with their kids at Sr night. I remember my son's last HS game. I remember his last college game. I couldn't help but to think about the first time I threw him a ball. The first time I saw him in a uniform. All the time spent together in our journey together. And I couldn't help but smile as the tears started to try and come out. God's been good. Thank you for the opportunity to share something with my boy. I have to tell you, it only gets better. Holding your grandchild. Seeing them take what made them a player to the world and winning at something much more important than a game. Yeah it was good. But you ain't seen nothin yet.

Well thank you JP. Always nice to hear you rock. . enjoying every minute of it, Except maybe all the uniform washing.

Seriously...can they not make an iron-out that doesn't stink SOOO bad!  As for baseball taking over a parents life...yup, it's time consuming and difficult, and nerve racking at times but I wouldn't have it any other way!
