I've been diligently updating the Upcoming camps/showcases/college tryouts thread for about a year now and all of the sudden it disappears. It's been a great resource to refer younger high school prospects to. What gives?

It was my decision -- here's the deal.....For the past few weeks, most have started their own topics for tryouts even though we have had a pinned topic for a long time. People have chosen to start new discussions to promote their team (past, present, and future) as well as their business. If you all want a free-for-all, sit back and enjoy. In addition, we've seen topics for teams ranging from age 3 (Ken's joke, I know).
The original topic is not gone, it is simply unpinned (unfavored). It will have to be updated or bumped, like the rest. If the particpants here want to go back to a single topic for tryouts, showcases, camps, etc....then we can do that too. It makes more sense to me, but the effectivenesss has been lost.

Panther Dad, one problem -- the tryouts on my thread were only for colleges. They were not for select clubs. My thread was/is titled "Camps/Showcases/College Tryouts" and is a whole different animal than one which promotes various select teams around the state. Feel free to pin it up top again if you so incline!
