The FHSAA just approved NIL deals for HS kids. I wish LL would get on board!
Curious on how well this has worked in the states that have been allowing NIL for HS for a while.

In my experience NIL is only important for football and basketball, especially when it comes to a very few of the high end recruits.
I had an agent tell me that Nike told him, "I can put a pair of slides on a Kardashian and move more units than spending on all of NCAA baseball combined."
Most of the current NIL goes straight from donors, through coaches, to players and they show up for a few events. Companies aren’t the bulk right now for baseball for sure.
