High School Recruiting

Just wondering, if any of you ever see high school coaches at youth games! Especially private schools!

I have seen several of the coaches at 13 and 14-U tournaments in the past. They like the tournaments because there are more potential recruits. I have never seen one of them approach a family but I have seen families approach them. In all circumstances, the coaches that I saw explained the rules of engagement to the parents whether the kid was good or bad.
