I hit .850 in JV last year but i could not get it over the fence. I had alot that hit the fence. What can help me be able to hit one over and help me adjust into the Varsity level.

If you really did hit .850 (though I suspect someone is a VERY friendly scorekeeper), I wouldn't change a thing. You're already on the high school fields. They won't get bigger in the next few years, but you will. Keep doing what you're doing and some of the balls you're hitting now will start making it over.
Even at the JV level, .850 is fantastic. In fact it's so fantastic that I am, shall we say, skeptical. But even if you are exaggerating a bit, you could come down to earth by a few hundred points and still be doing quite well indeed.

keep doing what you're doing, you'll see. soon the fences won't matter. i was the same when i was about 13, then all of a sudden they kept going over. got to college, fields got bigger, and those balls racked up doubles and triples.
