Yes!

You are camping in the woods, put the bat down and go pick up a fishing pole and catch some fresh fish. This is really important; clean them in fresh stream, (if trout leave them whole just gut them) do not chill them in ice. Take some olive oil and coat them lightly, then bread them lightly, build a nice fire and when it has died down to glowing embers, heat up a cast iron pan and put in a 1/8 cube of butter, make sure the butter is not browning and then fry the fish for 3 minutes a side, no more. Lightly salt and pepper the fish while in the pan. Take the fish out, plate them up and find a nice bench under a tree and enjoy the best meal in the world.

I guarantee you will hit better after doing this!

Good Luck fishing!

I have no problem with the up and down with the front foot except when doing it to extreme. (You are doing it to a extreme.) When you step you are opening up your front foot which in turn opens up the hips. Front step should be like stepping on egg shells, a soft step. When you take that quick erratic step it also causes your head /eyes to bounce, loose flight of the ball to a certain extent.

What you should do is take the front foot directly at the pitcher, this in turn keeps your hips in toward home plate and you can actually swing with something that looks like form.. As you swing the hips will now release and you will have a more fluent swing. No insult meant on your form.

Last but not least when filming you need to film more than one frame.
