For San Antonio area players, every monday and friday from 7:00-8:30 at Powerhouse Athletics on hwy 46 there is a hitting night for players of all ages. Players are split into groups and rotate from cage to cage of drills and live bp. Last monday the instructors were Joe Almaraz (cardinals cross checker), jimmy gonzales (nationals cross checker), rudy vasquez (angels) and 2 current professional players. The cost is only 20.00 that is payed to the facility. next hitting night is friday the 22nd, great place to get some cuts and get some exposure.
