Im a 15 yr old lefty and I would like to know how other lefties pitch with a man on 3rd. I face one team that always try to squeeze or steal home on me.

Pitch from the stretch....they shouldn't be able to steal home then.
And vary your delivery, looks and timing. If they can time you, you're dead, from any base.
use the same move as a RHP to 1st base!!
Pitch from the stretch and every once in a while just step off and give them a look. Don't get ingrained into one set rhythm over a long period of time.
