I'd go with Franklin Pierce, last fall when Showcase League played there we had a good time. Since it was a chilly night game I think the players enjoyed the heated dugouts and I know I enjoyed the press box with the flat screen tv.
Anyone been on the new Dartmouth field? We were invited up for a tour but have not made the trip yet. Looks pretty impressive on the website.
As long as the city keeps up the field I'd think Holman would have to be up there, especially for fans. Those seats have to be more comfortable then sitting on a bleacher!!
As far as a school field goes Nashua South has a nice field, which is why they barely play at Holman which just allows BG and North more opportunities to do so.
I don't like Holman from a team standpoint. It is a great atmosphere, but the outfield is so vast that it isn't really a high school field- which it wasn't built to be. I would say Concord's field (can't recall the name) is the best high school field in the state in terms of overall experience.
Memorial Field is the name, but I feel that it is much like Alumni/Swampbat stadium in the sense that while there are both very nice and have a great set up they play very short.
I do ejnoy Holman stadium as a player, coach and a fan.
