I know in a perfect world we would like all live arm. I have a couple Iron Mikes at my facility already..Would you guys recommend the
home Plate Machine.. Is it worth the money?

Here is what we use in our facility, it's the best we've seen for the money. You might want to look into it.

Excuse me if I am wrong but the All-Star machine you have mentioned is based on the Homeplate machine technology.
The Video system can be retrofitted to an iron Mike for less cost but you would not have the ability to change pitches or throw pitch sequences that the Homeplate allows.

We use our home plate machine for our bunting station. I have a full 2 lane indoor and we keep it in there. I did not buy it, I inherited it. For me, even though there are lots of upkeep issues involved, give me the iron mike. You can buy 2 iron mikes for the price of 1 home plate.
